Digital Marketing Intern (Media Buyer)
Learn Facebook Ads & e-commerce marketing by managing real ad campaigns, with a clear path to a full-time Media Buyer role.

By the end of this internship, you'll know how to:
- Set up and launch Facebook ad campaigns from scratch
- Read and interpret ad metrics (CPO, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Identify winning ads vs losing ads within 24 hours
- Scale profitable campaigns without killing performance
- Test audiences, creatives and copy systematically
- Troubleshoot ad account issues and pixel problems
- Build reports and communicate performance clearly
These are skills that will make you valuable in any e-commerce or marketing role.
Month 1–2Training PeriodShadow our ad operations, learn our systems and make small decisions with supervision.Stipend: ₦40,000/month

You're the right fit if you:
- Are 20–25 years old
- Own a laptop and have reliable internet
- Are available Monday–Saturday (3 days onsite, remote the rest)
- Are data-minded and comfortable with numbers
- Want to learn digital marketing as a career
- Can commit to at least 5 months
- Are based in Ilorin, Kwara State

- Experience running Facebook or Instagram ads
- Studying Marketing, Business or a related field

In this role, you will:
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for our products
- Create ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok campaigns with our media buying team
- Write hooks, scripts and captions that stop the scroll and drive orders
- Film product demos, unboxings, how-tos and customer testimonials
- Present on camera, or direct staff and customers who do
- Run a weekly content calendar and deliver on deadline
- Track what performs (views, CTR, cost per order) and make more of what works
You'll work closely with our marketing and media buying team, and see exactly how your content performs in real sales.
You're the right fit if you have:
- A portfolio of short-form videos (TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts)
- Strong mobile filming skills: framing, lighting and clean audio
- Fast editing in CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- A feel for trends, hooks and what makes people stop scrolling
- Able to switch tone across solar, wellness and gadget products
- Organised, reliable and able to work to deadlines
- Based in Ilorin or willing to relocate

In this role, you will:
- Edit raw footage into high-converting ads, reels and product videos: strong hooks, tight pacing, captions, music and sound
- Create realistic AI videos: AI presenters and avatars, product scenes and b-roll using tools like Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway or HeyGen
- Produce natural-sounding AI voiceovers and accurate lip-sync
- Turn one winning ad into many versions (new hooks, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5) for ad testing
- Colour-grade, clean up audio and upscale footage so every video looks premium
- Work closely with our content creator and media buyers on what to make next
- Keep every video honest and within Facebook and TikTok ad rules, including AI-content disclosure
You'll see exactly how each video performs in real ad campaigns and sales.
You're the right fit if you have:
- A portfolio with both edited ads or short videos AND AI-generated videos
- Pro editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools and strong prompt-writing
- An eye for realism: natural motion, lighting, hands and lip-sync
- Fast turnaround on multiple versions without losing quality
- Your own laptop that can handle video editing
- Based in Ilorin or willing to relocate
